Green Chili Artichoke Dip

Ok, I know I said Sausage Stars are my favorite appetizer, but I forgot about Green Chili Artichoke Dip. We went to my sister-in-law, Camilla’s this weekend, which is where the recipe originated years ago, and we ate it until we were sick. So it definitely ties for FAVORITE. It is so easy, NO ONE can mess it up. It is great for taking to family gatherings. Just pop it in the oven when you get there. You might want to double or triple it though. Send them to my blog…..they will want the recipe.
Reese Artichokes are a good brand and they are usually cheaper than the others. They carry Reese at Shop and Save. These are NOT marinated artichokes.
