White cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar (4 cups)

Beat until fluffy. At least 5 full minutes.

Cake:
1 Classic White Duncan Hines Cake Mix
1 packet Dream Whip (powdered in a box, in the baking aisle)
1 3 oz. box instant vanilla puddding

3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 water

Beat on low 30 seconds until combined, then at medium high for a full 2 minutes.

Bake at 350.  Cupcakes or layer cake
