This is from Southern Living way back in 2002. I made it for family and they loved it. I just ran across it again and am going to make it this weekend.
Meatball Stroganoff
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion shopped
1 slie white bread, torn
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix together and shape into balls. Brown in small amount of oil in skillet. Remove from skillet, drain and set aside.
Mix together:
2 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans beef broth
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Add above to meatballs. Heat through. Serve over egg noodles.
Serves 6.
