Parmesan Knots and Garlic Knots

These little guys are so fun to make and are really a great unique addition to your Beef Stroganoff meal or Harvest Pork Tenderloin.
I made them with Pillsbury Wheat Grand Biscuits in the dairy case.

Parmesan Knots
The idea came from Taste of Home August 2009, but I changed it just a little. They are really good warmed up too.

1 tube Pillsbury Grands Wheat (or white) Biscuits (in the dairy case)

Cut each biscuit into thirds.  Roll each third into a 3 inch rope with your hands and tie in a knot. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes.

Combine 1/2 stick melted butter and 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano and 1 tsp dried parsley flakes.  Brush knots with mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Garlic Knots
Just found this new product in the dairy case. They make great Garlic Knots like the ones above.

Brush with 1/4 cup melted butter mixed with 1 tsp. garlic powder.
