Super Bowl Peanut Butter Brownies

There is absolutely nothing Super Bowl about these brownies.  I don’t even know who is playing.  I know who is not playing…..Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos.
But I thought it would get a few extra visitors to my blog.  But they ARE really good.  And Super Duper easy.
Do you ever wonder why your brownies are a little thin.  That’s because Betty Crocker tells you you can put them in a 9X13 when she knows perfectly well you should use a 7X11 pan and then you would have a nice thick brownie.  So splurge and go get one!
(Ok that was a little harsh, if you don’t have a 7X11, use a 9X13 but use 2 packages then you will really have a nice thick brownie.  You are on your own on how long to bake them????)

Prepare brownies according to package directions.  Betty Crocker is my favorite.  The one with the Hershey’s syrup.  Stir them by hand.  Don’t beat them.  Just stir until the batter is smooth.  Grease a 7X11 pan.  Place Reese’s Minis (they are in the candy aisle) in the batter then gently spread the batter over the top.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Enjoy the Super Bowl!!!!!
